Our goal is for you to enjoy a peaceful, safe, and harmonious stay surrounded by nature. We appreciate your cooperation by respecting the following house rules:
🕒 Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: until 11:00 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability.
👥 Guests
- The maximum number of guests is the one indicated in your reservation.
- No external visitors are allowed without prior authorization.
- Parties and events are not permitted.
🔇 Noise & Coexistence
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- Please keep music and conversations at a moderate volume at all times.
- Aldea Zama is a quiet residential area.
🛁 Private Jacuzzi
- Exclusive use for registered guests of the apartment.
- Recommended usage until 10:00 PM.
- No glass allowed in or around the jacuzzi.
- Do not bring food, alcoholic beverages, or foreign objects into the jacuzzi.
- Use of the jacuzzi is at your own responsibility.
🏊 Pool & Common Amenities
- Use of the pool, rooftop, and common areas is subject to condominium rules.
- Please respect schedules, capacity limits, and coexistence guidelines.
- Do not reserve lounge chairs with personal belongings.
🚭 Smoking Policy
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
- Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas and using ashtrays.
- Any evidence of smoking indoors will result in an additional cleaning fee.
🐾 Pets
- Pets are not allowed, without exception.
🍽️ Kitchen & Furniture
- Please turn off appliances and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
- Treat furniture, décor, and appliances with care.
- Report any damage or incident immediately.
🌿 Care for the Environment
- All electrical wiring in the area is underground; do not manipulate any installations.
- Do not feed local wildlife or damage vegetation.
- Keep doors and windows closed when the air conditioning is on.
🧹 Cleaning
- Final cleaning service is included at the end of your stay.
- Long stays may request additional cleaning services at an extra cost.
- Please dispose of trash in designated containers.
🔐 Security
- Lock doors and windows when leaving the apartment.
- The host is not responsible for forgotten personal belongings.
- Use of the facilities is at the guest’s own responsibility.
⚡ Responsible Use of Electricity
We are located in Tulum, where electricity is a valuable resource, and mindful use is part of caring for the natural environment.
The estimated normal daily consumption for the apartment is 25 to 30 kWh per day, considering reasonable use of air conditioning (mainly at night), lighting, appliances, and the jacuzzi.
We kindly ask you to:
- Turn off air conditioning, lights, and fans when leaving the apartment.
- Keep doors and windows closed while the air conditioning is running.
- Set the air conditioning to recommended temperatures (24–25 °C / 75–77 °F).
Excessive or unusual consumption resulting from improper use (such as air conditioning running with doors or windows open, continuous unnecessary use, etc.) may result in an additional charge.
